The general form of the building, apparently complex in the representation planimetrica, resolves him with bodies and simple volumetrie, interpreting the relationship between the place and the human presence as a strong relationship, what that that has geometrically organized the surrounding country. Spaces built that they frame natural spaces suggesting the naturalization of the first ones and the humanization of the seconds. The relationship among built and green area is an intent pursued in the continuous interlacement that develops him in different way in the two floors of elevation: to the first one, the inside area to garden is inspired to the court of the traditional houses and contemporarily offers the necessary ampleness to the reservation; to the second, the green and natural roofs break the symmetries and they create imaginary terrazzamenti. To create perceptions and looks is an objective of the project: the common spaces, the course of the corridors they are thought of the relationship with the outside; every room has a dynamic photo to the wall, framed by the space of the balcony.

La forma complessiva dell’edificio, apparentemente complessa nella rappresentazione planimetrica, si risolve con corpi e volumetrie semplici, interpretando la relazione tra il luogo e la presenza umana come una relazione forte, quale quella che ha organizzato geometricamente la campagna circostante. Spazi costruiti che incorniciano spazi naturali, suggerendo la naturalizzazione dei primi e l’umanizzazione dei secondi. Il rapporto tra costruito e area verde è un intento perseguito nel continuo intreccio che si sviluppa in modo diverso nei due piani di elevazione: al primo, l’area interna a giardino si ispira alla corte delle case tradizionali e contemporaneamente offre l’ampiezza necessaria alla riservatezza; al secondo, i tetti verdi e naturali rompono le simmetrie e creano terrazzamenti immaginari. Creare percezioni e sguardi è un obiettivo del progetto: gli spazi comuni, l’andamento dei corridoi sono pensati nella relazione con l’esterno; ogni camera ha una fotografia dinamica alla parete, incorniciata dallo spazio del terrazzo.
