The project is thought as mediation among is different of light: the outside of a strong and sunny landscape and the shady inside open to the panorama and to the surrounding nature. A terrace, theme that is proposed in the organization of the external spaces. The integration with the morphology of the ground is searched by two elements hinge of the project: -the adaptation of the built to the lines of level, avoiding great movements of earth. -the careful and discreet colonization of the slant, currently under degrade ecological conditions, with interventions of piantumazione of local arboreal kind that delineate the recovery of around 2000 square meters as botanical garden, with points of standstill and contemplation.

Il progetto é pensato come mediazione tra stati differenti di luce: l’esterno di un paesaggio forte e assolato e l’interno ombroso e pur tuttavia aperto al panorama e alla natura circostante. Una terrazza, tema che si ripropone nell’organizzazione degli spazi esterni. L’integrazione con la morfologia del terreno é ricercata attraverso due elementi cardine del progetto: -l’adattamento del costruito alle linee di livello, evitando grandi movimentazioni di terra. -la colonizzazione attenta e discreta del pendio, attualmente in condizioni ecologiche degradate, con interventi di piantumazione di specie arboree locali che delineino il recupero di circa 2000 mq a giardino botanico, con punti di sosta e contemplazione.
