The “White House” represents a symbol for America and in the world. The new “White House” has to converse with the old building and to respect it. In this project, the actual building, is converted as museum of the American history. The entry to the new residence of the president, happens through the historical building, and the connection it is underground. Today, part of the residence is underground, this concept has been taken back. In the new residence we find new symbols, and the construction is thought as bio-climatic building and to energetic saving, it will be a symbol of the new run, that modern civilization has to observe. We find a great central greenhouse for the recovery of the winter heat and we find a lake for the summer cooling. Silicon panels for the energy from the sun, are installed above the coverage in corten steel , and they are adherent and part of the structure. In the inside court there is an aquarium, under, a great room of representation that aloft it sees the aquarium. The external is as a sculpture, and it has the purpose of a scenography for events, external concerts of representation. The great and small circles, represent the firmament, and they remember the conquest of the space of the American man, therefore symbol of the humanity. The new building has strength, but it doesn’t want to diminish the historical building.
